IDEF, the leading Independent Observation expert in Côte d'Ivoire, has been trained and working in partnership with REM since 2018. REM designed the database of IOW information and then worked with IDEF to integrate the IOW information and then transferred the management of the IMP to IDEF. REM has been a pioneer in IOF and ICO implementation and training in the Congo Basin and West Africa since 2003.

The design of this database was made possible thanks to co-financing from the European Commission and the consortium formed by INKOTA , FERN, IDEF, SOLIDARIDAD, INADES-FORMATION Côte d'Ivoire for "Strengthening civil society for the sustainability and good governance of the cocoa sector in Côte d'Ivoire".
